CFS East Anglia Ltd are a family run fire protection company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. We believe that keeping people safe is more than just a service, it is a responsibility we take personally. From our base in Ipswich, we provide reliable fire protection solutions to many local businesses, educational, and hospitality organisations throughout the region. Our Story

Our Director, Martin, has focused his career within the Fire Protection industry and CFS East Anglia Ltd was formed in 2023 to further support clients in his home region. Drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience, whether you are a small local business or a larger organisation you can count on us for dependable advice, quality workmanship, and a personal touch that sets us apart.

Keeping our focus on the community we proudly support the Ipswich Town Foundation which is the official charitable arm of Ipswich Town Football Club. Since its relaunch in 2019, the Foundation's vision has been to build an empowered, inspired, and inclusive community to be proud of, using the power of Ipswich Town to make positive changes to the lives of those in the community. The Foundation is committed to ensuring everyone involved feels safe and welcome, with a focus on children, young people, and adults at risk. CFS East Anglia Ltd are proud to be part of this commitment within the community.

We also support and sponsor a local pro boxer, Issiah Hamilton-Allen, who is a rising star within the world of boxing. He is mentored by Fabio Wardley and we cant wait to see where this next chapter for Issiah takes him. We will be backing him all the way.

Pip Goodwin

Compliance Coordinator

Pip plays a vital role in ensuring the company and its clients remain fully compliant with current fire safety regulations and standards. She coordinates documentation, certifications, and service records, helping customers maintain up-to-date compliance with confidence. Pip’s thorough and proactive approach gives clients peace of mind that nothing is overlooked.

Ryan Jarrett

Fire Engineer

Ryan is a skilled engineer responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of fire protection systems, with key focus on passive fire protection assets. His attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure customers receive dependable and effective fire safety solutions. Ryan is dedicated to delivering work that helps keep people and their properties protected.

Liz Witton

Office Manager

Liz is the organisational heart of the business, keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring clients receive prompt and efficient support. From scheduling engineer visits to handling customer enquiries, Liz makes sure everything is coordinated seamlessly. Her friendly approach and attention to detail help deliver a stress-free experience for customers from first contact to project completion.

Paul Exworth

Senior Service Engineer

Paul is one of the company’s most experienced engineers, with extensive knowledge focused on fire alarm systems and extinguishers. He is pivotal in the organisation of both preventative maintenance and corrective call outs ensuring that all visits are coordinated efficiently with clients and completed within appropriate fire safety regulation timeframes and our business SLA’s.

Adam Swift

Service Engineer

Adam’s focus is on routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance of Fire Alarms and Fire Extinguishers, ensuring these systems remain fully operational and compliant. He is known for his thorough approach and dependable service, helping customers stay confident that their equipment will perform when it matters most.

Karen Stiff

Accounts Manager

Karen manages the company’s financial operations, overseeing invoicing, payments, and account administration. With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to transparency, she ensures that all financial matters are handled accurately and efficiently. Karen’s approachable nature means clients and suppliers can always expect helpful and professional support.

Callum Stiff

Lead Engineer

Callum oversees the delivery of installations and remedial repairs on site. With a strong technical background and hands-on approach, he ensures every project is completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations. Callum takes pride in providing reliable solutions and excellent customer service.

Ryan Bugg

Trainee Fire Alarm Engineer

Ryan has recently joined our team and is currently training in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems. Working alongside our experienced engineers, they are developing their technical knowledge and practical skills while helping to deliver reliable fire safety solutions for our customers.

Dave

Staff Morale Consultant

Dave operates on a flexible schedule, making surprise appearances at the office every few months to ensure team spirits remain high. During these important visits, duties include greeting staff, collecting treats, inspecting the premises, and receiving the attention they believe is rightfully theirs. Despite their limited attendance record, Dave remains one of the most popular faces in the company and is always welcomed back with open arms.
